Product description
A preparation for securing threads against undesirable loosening, achieving medium strength. Prevents loosening of parts subjected to vibration, such as mounting screws on pumps, engines, gearboxes, etc. The product hardens when placed between closely fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air. Temperature resistance -54°C to 149°C. Initial hardening takes about 20 minutes. Full after 24 hours. When used on less active metals, such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, pure aluminum, the setting time may be longer. Recommended for securing screws from M6 to M20 in devices that require periodic disassembly or service.
Enables disassembly for repairs using hand tools. Breaking moment for M10 screws: 20 Nm
The preparation only works on metal surfaces. Do not use on plastic elements.
