Product description

MA Professional mixture is a quickly hardening epoxy-steel compound intended for repairing damaged/cracked objects made of various metal alloys, wood, ceramic products, plastic products and many other materials. Effectively repairs cracked engine blocks, radiators, mechanical component housings and a number of other elements. The product creates a very hard binder resistant to temperatures up to 150^aboutC. and is resistant to car, gear and hydraulic oils, gasoline, water and many other substances. Initial hardening after 4 to 10 minutes depending on the ambient temperature. After one hour, the product is 80% hardened. Fully hardened after 24 hours.

Application

Repair of cracked housings of mechanical components.
Repair of damaged car radiators.
Filling defects in metal and other surfaces.

How to use

Clean and degrease the repaired surfaces from any remaining oil, dirt and grease and then dry them.

To achieve the desired result, use sandpaper or a file to roughen the surface.

Squeeze the same amount of mass from each tube and mix thoroughly until a uniform gray color is obtained.

Immediately apply the ready-made mass to the repaired surface. Note: during the setting process, the temperature of the glue increases rapidly.

If it is necessary to bond two elements, press both surfaces for about 10 minutes. If the ambient temperature is less than 5oC, the solidification process takes longer.

Remove excess glue with a towel or cloth dipped in thinner.

After hardening, the binder can be subjected to all types of mechanical and manual processing, such as sawing, drilling, threading, etc.
