Product description

MA Professional epoxy metal glue is a quickly hardening epoxy-steel mass intended for repairing damaged/cracked objects made of various metal alloys, wood, ceramics, plastic products and many other materials. The product creates a very hard binder resistant to temperatures up to 150°C and is resistant to car, gear and hydraulic oils, gasoline, water and many other substances. Initial hardening after 4 to 10 minutes depending on the ambient temperature. After one hour, the product is 80% hardened. Full hardening occurs after 24 hours.

Application

Repair of cracked housings of mechanical components.
Filling defects in metal and other surfaces.

How to use

Clean and degrease the repaired surfaces and then dry them.

To achieve the desired result, use sandpaper or a file to roughen the surface.

Remove the protection from the applicators and squeeze the same amount of mass from each tube and mix thoroughly until a uniform gray color is obtained.

Apply the ready mass to the repaired surfaces.

Arrange the joined elements within 3-5 minutes and then press firmly for at least one hour.

If the ambient temperature is less than 5°C, the solidification process takes longer.

Remove excess glue with a towel or cloth dipped in thinner.

After use, secure the tubes with the included cap.
