Product description

A modern, high-load, quick-setting seal based on neutral silicone designed to create extremely durable vibration- and pressure-resistant seals in modern, highly loaded engines. Ensures the highest tightness of mechanical components. The product is very resistant to aging, weather conditions and cyclic thermal loads ranging from -54 to 399°C. Provides the highest resistance to oil, glycol and other chemicals. Recommended for creating seals in modern car engines and other installations.

How to use

Clean and dry the surfaces.

Apply a strip of silicone 1.5 to 6 mm wide on one surface.

Wait about 15 minutes for initial (surface) hardening and assemble all parts. Full hardening occurs after approximately 24 hours, depending on air temperature and humidity.

Together with traditional seals (application on both sides of the seal):

Perform the activities listed in points 1-2 above.
Place the gasket on the silicone layer and apply a second thin layer of silicone to the gasket surface.
Wait about 15 minutes and assemble all the elements.
